We purchased and had a fountain installed (3 stone towers with a bubbling hole on top of it) about 1 1/2 years ago. It ran beautifully for a while but suddenly the bubbling began to wax and wane, all to a point of barely dribbling out. I came to your store and you suggested we contact Ted Deller of Deller’s Water Works, to see if he could fix it. He promptly came to our house and within the hour had the fountain up and running again!!! He took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem…simply, a dry reservoir. Once he filled it up it was like new again! He took additional time to show me how the well worked and what I could do to keep it in good running order. He cleaned out the debris around the well, filled the reservoir and gave me several pointers of how to maintain a healthy fountain. I feel certain that we will no longer have a dribbling fountain! Ted is GREAT and I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend Ted from Stone Garden when it comes to water features. He patiently helped us lay MANY slate stones out to help us make choices on which ones to purchase. After probably two hours of this, we landed on 18 pavers.
